RIDING TOUR BOOKING

HOW TO BOOK ?

STEP 1 : ASK FOR AN OPTION

Here we are, you have chosen your ride !

If not, dates and prices are on this way >>>

Just start by sending us an email to set an option on the departure you chose and obtain the booking form.

This first step allows you to pre-book a place for 15 days, letting you the time to send all the booking documents.

It secures your place while your booking is registrating.

At this step you also will be able to book all your needed options such as transferts, single room and extra-nights. You can also precise if it is a gift so we can provide you a gift coupon for your beneficiary.

STEP 2 : CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING

Once your option set, you have 15 days to confirm it.

To confirm, please email back the booking form received with your 30 % deposit receipt by email to sophie.equinature@gmail.com

Once the complete file received by our service, you will receive a confirmation email within 10 jours at your email contact with all your departure and ride informations (meeting point, schedule, contact...)

PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods :

- Bank transfer (IBAN on Booking Form)

- Credit card (payment by securised link)

- We no longer accept Bank check payment

Only booking with full down payment will be confirmed. Regardless your payment method is, balance has to be fully paid at least D-30 before the departure (D-7 for 2 nights maximum ride)
