HOW TO BOOK ?

During the confinement period, we are offering un exceptionnal discount -10% valid on all our dates and destinations on calendars 2020 and 2021. Please contact us for more information !

STEP 1 : ASK FOR AN OPTION

Here we are, you have chosen your ride !

If not, dates and prices are on this way >>>

Just start by sending us an email to ask for an option on the departure you chose.

This first step allows you to pre-book a place for 15 days, letting you the time to send all the booking documents.

It insure your place while your booking is registrating.

You will also know if the departure you chose is already guaranteed or not, allowing you to take your leaves at a convenient period. If your departure may be cancelled, our team will redirect you to another date with the same program to plan your holidays in France with serenity.

Finally, at this step you will be able to book all your needed options such as transferts, single room and extra-nights. You can also precise if it is a gift so we can provide you a gift coupon for your beneficiary.

STEP 2 : CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING

Once your option asked, you only have to confirm your booking within 15 days.

In order to insure this, you just have to click on the following booking form to print it and send it with :

- Terms of Sales signed

- 30 % down payment.

Once the complete file received by our service, you will receive a confirmation email within 10 jours at your email contact with all your departure and ride informations (meeting point, schedule, contact...)

PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods :

- Wire transfer (IBAN on Booking Form)

- Bank check

- Paypal

Only booking with full down payment will be confirmed. Regardless your payment method is, balance has to be fully paid at least D-30 before the departure (D-7 for 2 nights maximum ride)
